About me

I'm an independent consultant who builds fully custom websites and web applications for small businesses - and brings deep enterprise BI expertise to organizations that need it. My work spans hands-on development, technical architecture, and the human side of technology: training teams, supporting customers, and translating complicated systems into something people can actually use.

As Dr. Jaspersoft, I was the original host of Jaspersoft's official monthly webinar series - a live, community-facing program designed to help new and advanced users get the most from the platform. Sessions covered everything from report design and domain architecture to performance tuning, integrations, and advanced techniques.

On the enterprise side, much of my career has been focused on Jaspersoft and reporting infrastructure, including years of delivering training and technical sessions at industry conferences and working directly with teams across education, healthcare, and enterprise software.

I founded Lights Up Consulting to bring that expertise directly to organizations that need it - on their terms, at the right scale, without the overhead of a large firm. I work remotely and take on clients anywhere.
